About the Project
BL Diesel Contracting PTY LTD needed a fresh logo for their small start-up business that reflected their expertise in heavy diesel maintenance and repairs. As a mobile diesel contracting business servicing the Bowen Basin and Central Queensland, they wanted a logo that conveyed strength, reliability, and industry expertise—values essential in the heavy transport, mining, and civil sectors.
We designed a bold and rugged logo featuring a split cog with "BL" in the center, symbolising the mechanical precision and hands-on expertise that define their work. The cog represents the heavy machinery they service, while the split design adds a modern, dynamic touch. Combined with strong typography and an industrial color palette, the final logo captures BL Diesel Contracting’s commitment to honest, reliable repairs and keeping their clients moving.
A secondary logo was designed in a similar style for the client to use across various formats.
